It’s a wrap!
I’m sitting here basking in gratitude for the amazing week I just had shooting my next big project, and my heart is full of thanks to all our Conquer Club mentors and my clients who filmed with me. I’m really missing the excitement of last week even though it’s time to rest and regroup. That’s how I know it’s one of my greatest passions and what I was meant to do.

This week starts our summer sabbatical and I’ve selected an “oldie but goodie” to share with you that’s perfect for when you’re taking time to reflect and refocus.
In today’s episode of She Takes on the World TV (summer edition), I’m going to help you declutter your life, and show you how to let go of the things that no longer serve you.
We’ll also discuss:
- Why setting a bold intention is your #1 must-do
- A sneaky culprit that could be anchoring you to the past
- The real reason we often hold on to people and “stuff”
- What your clutter is saying about you
- 3 great ways to quiet the chatter (you’re going to love these!)
Sometimes we let our internal spark get dimmed by all the responsibilities, clutter, distractions, and frustrations that we face every day. We cling to people, places, and things that we can’t let go of.
Letting go can be a painful process, but it’s necessary to open up space in our businesses and lives for new and exciting things to happen.

Natalie… this is the first time I’ve seen you wearing the same dress twice…. Ohhhh, I see… my mistake: this video is a replay .:)
But seriously, hanging on to old clothes is another form of clutter. New clothes need not be expensive, but trying new styles or colours can be a challenge that helps keep us fresh in our approach to things and in our thinking.
Yes, hanging onto old clothes can be a form of clutter! I do indeed where the same dresses in my videos from time to time though haha 😉
When you mentioned in the video about the mountains of paperwork I knew that was me.
I had since de cluttered sold items and have gifted stuff I thought I would keep. The best advice was about
forgiveness I have rebuilt some relationships and let go of others without the guilt. Thanks for video
You’re so welcome Monica! I’m glad it resonated with you.
