Are you ready to become a magnet for what you desire?


In this week’s episode of She Takes on the World TV, I’m sharing with you a guided meditation I created to help you magnetize exactly what you want in your business and life. It’s a meditation I regularly do myself, and I’m really amazed by the results. The best part is, it’s an easy meditation, so even if you’re new to meditation you’ll pick it up right away.

Speaking of, if you’re a beginner in meditation I just want to let you know meditation is for everyone and it doesn’t have to be connected to a religious or spiritual practice, unless you want it to. Also, everyone experiences meditation in a different way. Some people feel heightened awareness, others have vivid visualizations or feel tingly all over or really warm, and others don’t feel any different than they usually do. However you experience meditation is exactly right for you!

In case you can’t watch my video at the moment, here are guided instructions for the Magnet Meditation:

  1. Start by breathing deeply, counting to 4 with every inhalation and 4 with every exhalation.
  2. I want you to imagine a bright light flooding into your body from the top of your head. Take a deep breath. Visualize the light filling your whole head.
  3. As you exhale, move that light from your head down to your throat, the chakra response for your ability to communicate effectively. Let it sink further into that chakra and open your communication channels.
  4. Take another breath in and send the light to your heart space. Hold it there for a second then breathe out and let the light sink into your heart.
  5. Breathe in and move the light down into your solar plexus, your tummy, breathe out and let it sink in.
  6. Take a deep breath in and bring the light into the base of your spine now and breathe out, letting the light get brighter and brighter around base of your spine. This is where your root chakra is, responsible for keeping you grounded and connected to your true purpose. Take another deep breath here and hold it at the top. At the exhale, release any tension your have around your root chakra with a big sigh.
  7. Now breathe in again and send the light down your legs. Breathe out and let it move down to your feet. Relax your feet. Imagine roots growing out of your feet and deep into the earth. These roots are connected to the earth’s magnetic energies and you can harness those magnetic energies in your own life. Visualize the magnetic energy fowling from the earth and into your feet.
  8. Continue to take slow deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. With each breath you are absorbing more and more magnetic energy. You are a magnet.
  9. As you continue to breathe, repeat the mantra, “I am a magnet,” and imagine your magnetic field expanding with each new breath.
  10. You are a magnet. You are a magnet for your ideal clients who are being pulled to you from all over the world, who need exactly what you have to offer. You are a magnet for new opportunities in every area of your business and your life. You are a magnet for all the goals and dreams that you are working towards. You are a magnet for amazing team members who will help you build those dreams. You are a magnet for anything you desire, for abundance prosperity, joy, peace, wealthy, perfect health. You are a magnet. Continue breathing with this mantra.
  11. When you’re ready, come back to your present awareness — move your feet in circular motions, move your arms, shake your fingers, and when you’re ready, open your eyes to the room.

    I’ve been doing a variation of the magnet for the last few weeks. It changes the energy from a pull to an “IT IS” energy. I got 6 inquiries that week (more than in the last year) for my workshops. It’s pretty awesome. I visualize everything coming and sticking to me. It’s pretty cool!

  5. Thanks for this, I’ve just found it after it appeared on my facebook newsfeed! A few days ago I made myself a promise to attempt meditation daily for a month. Many of the fabulous women I admire and follow swear by daily meditation, so I thought it was about time to give it a serious attempt. I tried a guided meditation this morning and yesterday morning before work and I really enjoyed it. I will give yours a go for tomorrows effort!

    I am a mother of four beautiful daughters and a very busy mother.I had to retire from my incredible from a my career as a dance teacher this past January because of health issues.I have since then however discovered my true passion,and life purpose.However it has been quiet a struggle to except the changes in my life and to really embrace my true self.My new business is one that takes time to get off the ground as I try to acquire customers and partners.In the interim money has become so tight and I was looking for part time positions to try and supplement what was missing.I have searching for months.So in the I started doing your meditation on Monday morning.I have received four job interviews and yesterday I was offered a position that I am truly excited about.I LOVE all you do and I have been following your conquer summit too and I have gained so much from all of it.Thank you thank you for all you do.Much love and light Taryn
