My name is Natalie MacNeil and I started this business by accident.
Well, it might be more accurate to say that I started this business because (as woowoo as it sounds) the universe gave me a huge nudge that was pretty hard to ignore.
In my final year of university I went on a find-myself-and-my-purpose trip through Europe as I was trying to decide whether to start a business or get a “real” job. I was driving through the Czech Republic listening to a song called The World Is Mine. And at that very moment, I happened to drive past a two-storey globe that read ‘The World Is Yours.’
I pulled over and took a few minutes to piece myself back together. I knew then that I had to make a choice to live life on my own terms and build an existence + a career that filled me up. And I wanted to include others on my journey.
I haven’t looked back since that day. What started as a personal blog about travel, inspiration, and finding your purpose has grown into an an online space with tens of thousands of monthly readers, 19,000+ Facebook fans and 20,000+ Twitter followers. I’ve written a book, hosted events and masterminds for amazing women around the world, and even won an Emmy.
If you ask my friends or clients, they’ll tell you that I’m soulfully ambitious and super focused on inspiring others to take their businesses and lives to soaring new heights. (They’ll also tell you that I can make a mean green juice and that I’ll try to get you to join me for a meditation or yoga class.)
I use this online space to fuse meditation AND tough love pep talks, strategic planning AND vision boarding. I love helping people supercharge their mindset and take massive action. I believe personal growth and business growth go hand in hand, and I have an affinity for heart-centered entrepreneurs. I’ve mentored entrepreneurs all over the place, even at the White House!
I’m particularly passionate about the movement of women out of the corporate world and into their own businesses. I wrote about this in a featured article for Forbes, in which I declared entrepreneurship as the new women’s movement.
I navigate my life and business with a compassionate, feminine approach which is quite different from the goals + motives of most businesses in the world.
If Oprah asked me what I know for sure, I know that our experience out in the world, and our material prosperity is just a reflection of our inner experience + inner prosperity. I know my most important contribution to the world is helping people do the inner work so they can achieve their greatness and bring their gifts to the world.
When I’m not helping women reach their potential and build the lives + businesses of their dreams, I’m meditating, whipping up a healthy meal, or traveling somewhere new. One of my key metrics of success is how much of the world I get to see and experience, and I’ve been to over 80 countries and counting.
I’m absolutely in love with my career and life and I want you to be, too.
