Fruit and Nut Breakfast Smoothie Ingredients:

1 Banana
1 Cup (chilled) almond milk
1 Cup frozen mixed berries
1 tbsp. ground flax seed
1 tsp. almond butter

Fruit and Nut Breakfast Smoothie Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and whizz for 6 to 8 seconds, serve.

    I make a milkshake similar to this one and it’s so good! I do a cup of nonfat yogurt, 1 small banana, a handful of frozen mixed berries, and a little a bit of milk. So good and good for you!
