Olympic athletes are some of the most motivated, goal-oriented people on the planet. No matter what purpose you are trying to fulfill or what goals you are trying to achieve, you will likely find inspiration in the stories and vigorous, daily routines of athletes training for the Olympics.

These are the stories of two women, Tugba Karademir and Katharine Eustace, who are part of Panasonic’s One Winter, Five Dreams project. Tugba and Katharine both have big dreams for the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Games and will stop at nothing to achieve their goals:

    It is amazing to watch women take center stage at the 2010 Olympics. I am so excited to see a women leading the Iran athletes. Women are finally gaining recognition and the opportunity to make history, not just for our sex, but for their countries. Because it’s not about the individual, right, it’s about brining the countries of the world together in friendly competition? Good luck to all of the athletes!

    I share your Olympic spirit and I’ve been cheering on the female athletes. They are such strong women and it is always great to see women getting the recognition they deserve. As a Canadian, I’m so proud that we’re hosting the Olympics this year and all the countries involved. I know the Olympics are always a topic of hot debate and there are many protests against the Olympics, however, I think it’s amazing when the world can come together in the way the Olympics brings the world together.
